Our Mission

ETI’s mission is to develop people for their international contacts by improving your skills in two key areas: language and communication.

Language Skills – We will help you develop your English language skills, including speaking and writing. We aim to help you use and extend their language knowledge to communicate more accurately as well as more fluently.

Communication Skills – We will help you communicate more effectively (either in speech or writing). As a result, you will feel more confident and be more competent when communicating internationally.

Training Format

All our training programmes are needs-driven. Our trainers will design courses around individual and group needs. Using a needs analysis as a starting point, the programme and its objectives will be defined together with your trainer at the beginning of your course.

The following factors will be taken into consideration when designing a training programme or grouping individuals into one class:

training objectives
the level of English at the start of the course
professional background
industry background

A full, detailed end-of-course report, including recommendations for follow-up is prepared at the end of the programme.
